Dylan Burke is the Head of Sales Operations & Strategy, Pacific for WeWork. Dylan oversees the sales function and is responsible for implementing departmental structure, policies, planning and reporting on performance. He first joined WeWork in May 2019 as the Director of Strategy and Operations, Europe, the Middle East and Africa in London before assuming the role of Head of Sales Operations & Strategy, Pacific in Singapore. As a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience, Dylan has a proven track record in marketing growth and multi-market expansions. His expertise lies in enhancing cross functional processes, optimizing sales and business operations, and driving business change. Dylan’s experience spans across residential, industrial and logistics, hospitality, flex and real estate finance sectors, including his previous role as EMEA Marketing Director for CBRE Hotels where he led the Marketing, Research and Client Care departments.
