Rae is the Process Improvement Manager at BOC Limited, a member of Linde PLC, known as one of the world leaders in gases, engineering and healthcare. Rae’s role is to identify, in collaboration with internal stakeholders, opportunities to transform the business systems to enhance the experience for both customers and employees while maintaining profitable and efficient operations.
For over 30 years, working mainly in Australian manufacturing companies, including Dunlop, Wattyl, Alsco, Elgas and BOC, Rae has seen the demands and expectations of businesses, customers and employees continue to transform.  To meet these demands, Rae has led projects and implemented technology that has not only changed the systems landscape but has transformed the culture, including mobile-based delivery solutions, Unified Comms solutions and Data Visualisation platforms.

Rae has an MBA from Macquarie University and spends her weekends enjoying long rides on her motorcycle or appreciating Sydney’s many beautiful hiking trails.
