Matthew started working with Symmetry HR in November 2008 as a Business Development Manager. In this time Matthew has been able to manage and service a variety of clients in industries such as Utilities, Banking & Finance, Recoveries, Telecommunications, Industry Ombudsmen and other Third Party outsourced providers. Matthew moved into recruitment from a Management position within a Call Centre environment, which enables him to look at businesses from an operational perspective. In September 2012, Matthew was promoted to the position of Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, a role which includes major responsibilities of managing the sales team and working towards Symmetry HR achieving their visions and goals. Matthew currently manages the Commercial Division at Symmetry HR.
