I have significant global experience in running large distributed Technology and Business Systems Organisations undergoing transformation. Whether the need is caused by disruption or growth, delivering change in complex organisations (multiple stakeholders and independent agendas) is my special ability honed through years of experience.  

Although technology is my skill, people are my passion and I pride myself in building strong, confident teams with a focus on customer needs. My very broad technology/ Bus Systems background covers; Cloud, Infrastructure, Application SDLC, Architecture, Org redesign, Vendor Management and PMO management as well as commercial leadership roles allows me to understand enterprise systems issues/opportunities from a wide variety of viewpoints and then use this understanding to negotiate a common set of goals.
