Stephen is a Partner with the proptech connection (“PTC”), a global advisory firm with offices in Australia and the USA.  PTC specialises in helping real estate companies source technological solutions to meet their commercial objectives. PTC also works with a number of PropTechs, developing strategic plans and facilitating international expansion for those seeking to launch in ANZ or in the USA. The firm also has an extensive network of global VC funds for whom it sources relevant dealflow for investment, acting as an outsourced origination partner.

Stephen was formerly the Investment Director of the Taronga Proptech Venture Capital Fund, held senior roles within Strategy, Finance and Business Optimisation at listed REIT, Mirvac and was an Investment Manager at the Sigma Renewables/CleanTech Venture Capital Fund in Scotland, UK. Stephen began his career with PwC where he focused on Real Estate Funds and Trusts during his time in Assurance. Stephen is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a Masters in Economics and Law from the University of Edinburgh.
