Roger leads the IT function and is driving John Holland’s Digital Transformation program as Chief Digital and Information Officer.  He is based in Sydney, and supports 60+ complex Infrastructure, Rail and Building projects across Australia and New Zealand.

Through IT, Roger is optimising John Holland’s operations and creating a service-led culture, and has driven cloud, network, and app redundancy and survivability.

The Digital Transformation that Roger leads includes modernising enterprise systems, investing in emerging technology and creating a data lake. As an industry leader, he is collaborating with stakeholders in government, higher education and technology to leverage new technologies to increase productivity, improve safety and deliver more sustainable construction.

Roger has delivered results in increasingly progressive roles in multiple industries, across multiple geographies and in private and public sectors.  He has deep P&L and Cost Centre expertise, mentors and grows high-performing teams, is adept at understanding business priorities, and delivers tangible IT and operations results to the business.
