Graham has over 30 years’ experience in the Perth commercial real estate market including the past 20 years at Savills.  He is currently the Managing Director of Savills WA business and National Head of their Australian Office Leasing team. 

During his career, Graham has primarily concentrated on the CBD and fringe office leasing markets and has advised many private and institutional clients including AXA, Brookfield, Charter Hall, Dexus, Evergreen Realty, Investa, the Public Trustee of WA, Evergreen Realty and Cape Bouvard (to name a few) and has been involved in successfully leasing some of Perth’s most significant commercial assets.
