Gavin Cotterill

Consulting Director APAC, PCSG

As a Consulting Director within our Asia Pacific Digital practice I help large private infrastructure and government organisations in transforming them from an analogue organisation to a data driven organisation by adopting Building Information Modelling, Geospatial and IoT technologies.

The results of my work can be seen through better economic returns for taxpayers or shareholders, happier and more empowered employees, improved service delivery and social outcomes.

I specialise in transformation strategy development, business case development and large-scale business transformation implementation delivery. I have experience leading teams across multiple regions and cultures including Australia, UK, and Asia and I’m increasingly involved in how data as asset can help deliver value to infrastructure owners and governments.

My passion for a digital future for our cities and built environment sees me involved in several initiatives such as co-chairing the Smart Cities Council Digital Twin Task group and assisting Standards Australia Smart Cities standards reference group. I have also directly supported the development of the international standard for Building Information Management, ISO19650 Parts 1 & 2
