A passionate, innovative and experienced leader of people, projects and businesses. Bill has held a wide variety of leadership, operational, engineering, development and technical roles. 

Bill has helped many companies develop, integrate and leverage advanced digital technologies and systems. His focus is on working with people to align strategies with market drivers and opportunities, developing services and capabilities, plus integrating and streamlining processes and systems to improve decision making and outcomes for clients and business. He has worked globally, mainly in Australia, Asia, Pacific, US and Middle East. 

As part of GHD’s global “Infrastructure 4.0” initiative, Bill leads the Digital Twin workstream. This includes development of Digital Twin related strategy, framework, solution set, value proposition, approach methodology, marketing/comms as well as client opportunities and projects.
