Alison is a specialist in understanding the user experience of workplace. She has just returned to Sydney from running the Head of Workplace function for Lendlease in Europe. Her employer, Lendlease, is a globally
integrated real estate and investment group with core expertise in shaping cities and creating strong and connected communities.

Alison’s core function is to support their clients to unlock the meaning and purpose of their workplaces, by defining the design strategy, and by encouraging the right cultural shifts.
