Toby started his career as a project manager at Lendlease. He worked on major schemes in Australia and the UK including Barangaroo and International Quarter London. He completed an MBA at London Business School which sparked his interest in technology and its applications in the construction industry, and ultimately led him to join nPlan where he has held a number of roles.nPlan has developed a new and ambitious AI-first approach to the way we plan and execute construction projects. Their software understands uncertainty and risk using machine learning technology and the world’s largest dataset of construction programmes. nPlan works with the world’s largest owner operators, contractors and government organisations across infrastructure, oil & gas and buildings. They are backed by GV (formerly Google Ventures, investors in Slack, Stripe, and Uber).After 4 years in London, Toby relocated back to Sydney in 2021 to grow the nPlan business in this region.
