A true commitment to delivering and driving Experiential outcomes, the Experiential Workplace is at the heart of his focus. Following 20 years in the Hospitality industry, Michael has merged the notion of authentic and memorable service into the Workplace. 

Michael take’s the lead with aligning Macquarie’s strategic objectives of creating, curating and maintaining high performance work environments through delivering on Experiences for team, clients and communities.
