Andrew has held senior roles in the Queensland Government in both economic and social portfolios for 30+ years.

Andrew has delivered complex policy and complex projects in a highly charged political environment of constant change and has become recognised as a ‘thought leader’ in digital enablement, digital policy development and digital application.

Andrew was appointed to the role of Digital Relationship Manager at the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority in March 2021. This role was established to ensure the integration of the digital elements and the data that sits behind that, with the ultimate asset owning agencies.

Andrew has been a leading advocate of Building Information Modelling and Strategic Asset Management Planning policy at the Australian level and has been the Chair of the Australasian BIM Advisory Board since 2019.
