Founding Partner, Bricks

Amalia Paz is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Bricks Proptech Innovation, where she leads Bricks’ strategic vision.

Today, Amalia acts as a business and investment manager for a Strauss Family Office. She is also currently a director in several companies in Israel and Europe, private and publicly traded in the fields of Construction, Infrastructure, Green Energy and Yield Properties (Offices, Residential, Retails and Hotels). These companies include Afcon Holdings Ltd. (TASE) and Private Lux Company – Golden Captial Partners S.A. She is also currently an observer at the Lux Company LRC-GP RF-1.

Prior to establishing and managing Bricks, Amalia served as the director of Tedea Technologies and Automation Ltd. (TASE), as the CFO of Polar Investments Ltd. (TASE) and was the Divisional Controller at Vishay Intertechnology Inc (NYSE). She successfully managed equity and debt raising as well as real estate transactions, infrastructure projects and M&A transactions.

Amalia is from Tel Aviv, Israel. She graduated from Ben Gurion University as a CPA and has a B.A. in Economics & Accounting.
