Alexander Ubach–Utermöhl

Founder, German PropTech Initiative

Alexander Ubach-Utermöhl has been Head of Strategic Business Development at Techem Energy since December 2020 and in this role is also responsible for partnerships with PropTechs. He is co-founder and shareholder of blackprint Booster and has led the company as Managing Director for five years. blackprint Booster provides a forum for targeted exchange and fosters collaboration between PropTechs and companies. He is also co-founder and chairman of the German PropTech Initiative e.V., founded in 2016, which links digital companies in the real estate industry and offers interested parties a central contact point for the PropTech scene. Prior to that, Alexander Ubach-Utermöhl worked at GE Capital Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG as Head of Asset Management Debt, among other positions. He began his career in the real estate industry in 2006 at GUV Immobilienmanagement und -organisation GmbH, from which he built up a joint venture for the professional management of commercial real estate.
