PANEL DISCUSSION: Decarbonising cities and real estate
COP-27 significantly ramped up climate responsibility in the real estate sector, thus investment projects will need to prioritise the creation of environmentally friendly buildings and fully sustainable communities that will go far beyond minimum energy efficiency standards (MEES), with EPC “A” levels expected as a minimum. - What does COP 27 mean for the real estate industry and ESG?
- What strategies and solutions exist to support the decarbonisation of real estate portfolios in alignment with ESG and global net zero commitments?
- How is Australia tracking against the rest of the world?
- What are the obstacles to delivering super low energy buildings and cities?
- Real estate owner, developer, investor, or corporate tenant – looking beyond current regulation to create competitive advantage and future-proof your assets
