James has spent the past 15+ years exploring the intersection between Real Estate, people, and technology. Taking a human centered, data driven approach to understanding the experience of work, and the adaptation to change. With significant experience in both the supply and demand sections of the real estate industry, James is well positioned to lead Alidade Asia Pacific expansion.
Prior to joining Alidade, James spent time at WeWork & NBCUniversal across the US and UK working with internal and external clients to develop capabilities, deliver workplace programs and was able to adeptly become the trusted advisor to several large, complex organisations embarking on workplace change programs. Prior to relocating from Australia to the UK, James was a lead consultant at SMS Management & Technology, leading large scale technology transformations for some of Australia’s largest digital, financial, governmental, and physical infrastructure organisations.
