Adam is a cofounder of Forza Capital which provides strategic property investment opportunities to High-Net-Worth investors, family offices and their advisers. For over 10 years Forza have been diligently working in the net zero retrofit background improving the sustainability of the commercial property assets they own. Adam has a strong interest in governance, sustainability and philanthropy – he was the former Vice President of the Property Funds Association of Australia (PFA), founded its Sustainability Committee and is currently involved as a Founding Committee Member of Gruppetto, a philanthropic sub-fund of the Australian Communities Foundation.
