Selva has experience in both Facility and Engineering management leadership within a range of premium assets in Melbourne and abroad, including 50 Lonsdale, 700 Bourke St and Collins Arch. During his time as Engineering & Sustainability manager at 101 Colins Selva has overseen the achievement of a 6 Star Nabers Indoor Environment Rating and the electrification of the asset while maintaining near full occupancy, with a commitment to becoming a carbon neutral building by 2025.
