Colin is the Head of Podium Services within Lendlease Digital. Podium is an end-to-end digital platform that provides the property and construction industry with insights and clarity never experienced before. Colin and his team focuses on bringing the best value solutions and expertise from across Podium and applying them to property and precinct projects around the world. In particular, his team are leveraging the skills they have in the ongoing operations and maintenance of building assets in world class precincts like Barangaroo (Sydney), and combining digital innovations to physical asset management in order to create new value. This includes improving tenant and customer experiences, whilst driving towards zero carbon, ensuring safer and healthier places, and improving commercial outcomes.

He has more than 30 years’ experience in executive leadership, business development, client relationship management and delivering strategic outcomes. He was recently Regional Director, Southern Hemisphere for GHD Digital, where he helped rapidly scale a digital start-up into a mature business within 3 years. Colin has highly developed communications and negotiation skills. As a strategic thinker and planner, Colin enjoys positioning Lendlease Podium to provide a better, more sustainable, future for our clients and the community. He is passionate about leading change initiatives that improve client service, especially where they rely on enhanced employee empowerment and satisfaction.
