Mathilde Roubille

Digital Engineering Lead, SNC-Lavalin Atkins

I am a positive, organised and reliable consultant with a strong experience in embedding BIM and Information Management in large infrastructure projects. Coming from a structural engineering background, I leverage my technical experience on major projects (Riyadh Metro and Doha Metro in the Middle East) to enable a deep understanding of program and project delivery in complex environments.

I have led implementation of new technology and software to enable BIM workflow compliant to ISO19650 globally (A9 project in the UK, Doha South Terminal Pumping Station project in the Middle East and India and Mongkok footbridge project in Hong Kong). I am also involved in global leadership groups in SNC-Lavalin Atkins shaping the future of Common Data Environment and Digital Twin. In my current role I am leading the digital strategy of the Australian business increasing its BIM maturity and developing new services offering for our PMO team such as an integrated BIM 4D and 5D project and program controls framework.

I have established and defined Information Deliverables Management framework on the Inland Rail program. I am enthusiastic about making better use of the data and information available at program and project levels to deliver better outcomes to the client and enable reliable data-driven decision-making.
