Jen is a specialist in designing workspace technologies with humancentric design principles, which enables her to provide adaptable and flexible environments for large-scale workforces. Her employer, Transurban,
is a road operator company with a total staff of 3000 in Australia. Around 90 per cent of the Transurban’s workforce was “agile” before COVID-19 and able to work from either the home or the office. This means their systems are ‘road tested’ and great for learning from.
